Plans of Security and Health (with procedure of documentation according
to effective legislation).
A.- Functions to develop:

To coordinate the application of the general principles of prevention
and security and health according to the Law of prevention
of labor Risks and of Royal 1627/1997 Decree and the Effective Norm in
the matter of P.RR.LL.
- To coordinate the activities of the contractors,
subcontractors and independent workers so that they apply of form
coherent and responsible the principles for preventive action.

Approval and pursuit of the plans of security and health of the work.
In order to achieve these objectives, visits to the work will
be made according to requires the constructive development of the same.
Always with a minimum of one visit weekly.
With accomplishment of parts of visit, official required documents,
photographs…
All the drafted documents (visit records, appointments of
contracts and you subcontracts…) will beofficially registered in the
Security and Hygiene Files.
Monthly Meetings of Security and Health with the workers and the staff
will be realised
- Management of the documentation of the property (previous
Warning, updates…) and of each one of the main build work and
relationed companies.
- To represent the property of the work before the Labor
Authority or Labor Inspection.
B.- Tasks of control:
Monthly they will be sent the elaborated information of security, signed and filed in the official autorithies.
Studies of Security and Health.
Training to workers:
- Basic technician of Prevention of Labor Risks (50 hours)
- Basic course of Prevention of Labor Risks (30 hours)
- Specific formation and trainning: works in height, handling of wheelbarrows
